a transition
When I say “waking up” I’m essentially just talking about a shift from one way of experiencing life to another. As we “wake up” we gradually transition from certain perspectives and behaviors to new ways of seeing and moving in the world.

We’re waking up from an experience of life that happens primarily in our heads. We’re waking up from the narratives we live and the characters we play. We’re waking up from the conditioning and programming of our early years. We’re waking up from the pressures and influences of societal institutions. We’re waking up from a whole mess of stories, justifications, and projections that keep us stuck in loops. We’re waking up from a spell that we usually don’t even know we’re under.

We’re waking up to a truer, more spacious, lighter, and rich experience of life. We’re waking up to more flow and freedom. Less resistance, fear, and judgment. More love, compassion, and understanding. More authentic, honest, creative expression and play. We’re waking up to being fully alive.
