You are the sole focus of the session. Your world. Your experience. You have my complete and undivided attention for the full 90 minutes.

This isn't a course. This isn't a group. It’s just you and me, hanging out, sharing honestly, laughing, learning, feeling, and relating.

going where we need to go

I don't usually come into sessions with much of a plan or a destination in mind. Instead, we work with what's present. Whatever wants attention, whatever you're seeing and noticing, whatever feels interesting or alive. We go where we need to, as it presents itself.

at our own pace

There’s no rush or pressure to squeeze our conversation into a 50min therapy hour. We ease in and ease out of our time together. Conversation is allowed to flow and deepen naturally. Sometimes we meet for a little less than 90min, sometimes a little longer. We’re not operating according to a clock. We’re moving in alignment with a process that happens naturally, at its own pace.
