practical stuff

  • First season is $1800 USD. Additional seasons after that are $900. Learn more about Drew’s seasonal approach.

  • Generally, no. Payment for a season is expected in full prior to the season beginning. In some cases I may be okay with splitting a first season payment into two smaller payments. If you have concerns about the investment, let's talk about it during our initial conversation.

  • I primarily connect with folks via Zoom. If, in my travels, I happen to be in your part of the world we can discuss meeting in person.

the work

  • Nope. Therapy tends to deal more with diagnoses and managing symptoms. This work focuses on learning about yourself. Learn more.

NOTE: This work is not an appropriate replacement for professional mental health treatment services and/or medication.

  • Sure ain't. Coaching tends to focus more on goals and outcomes. This work goes deeper. Learn more.

  • Short Answer: The Cornerstones are a flexible framework for learning about yourself and serve as the foundation of any seasonal work with Drew.

Long Answer: Listen to Soulful Ep 7 on Spotify or Apple Podcasts

  • A season is what I call six weeks of concentrated learning. It includes six weekly 90-minute 1:1 sessions and messaging in between. Learn more.

  • We connect on Zoom, check in, review investments in the Cornerstones, talk about what's been noticed lately, and explore whatever feels alive or wants attention. We follow up on between-session experiments and come up with new ones. All of this in no particular order.

It's a two-way conversation, not a one-sided clinical hour. And there's no real time pressure either. We finish when we're done, at around ninety minutes, naturally.

  • Initially, no. After you've completed a season or two, yes. I have my reasons. Learn more.

is this for me?

  • If you're feeling called to work on yourself and learn about yourself for the first time, this is a great sign and I'm super pumped for you.

Honestly though, I'm probably not the best guy for you if you don't have any previous experience with this kind of work. I'm usually a better fit for folks that have some prior therapy or coaching experience and are looking for something new that can take them deeper on their journey. That said, if you really feel like I'm your guy, book a "vibe check" and we'll see what's possible.

  • I feel ya. And honestly, it might not be the right time for you to do this kind of work if you're feeling super overwhelmed with the state of the world.

That being said, for some folks this kind of work actually makes dealing with the world easier. When you understand yourself better as far as what's triggering you, how you're responding, and what you actually need, life can actually get easier to navigate.

Ultimately, trust yourself and if you’d like to chat more about this in a “vibe check” we can do that.

  • Only one way to find out for sure.

I also have a Substack in the works where I'll be sharing more recent writing, reflections, and whatever else wants to come through. Stay tuned.

  • I’m only really using Facebook and Instagram these days.

  • Not currently, but maybe in the future.

  • I sure don’t. I tried but it made me feel real old real quick.

My life has been completely different since working with Drew.
