Pre- and Post-Session

Pre-Session

Before we connect, please allow yourself some time to ground and settle in your own energy. It’ll make our time together way more productive. A pre-session meditation or walk in the woods is always a good idea. Whatever it is that helps you slow down a little bit and be a little more present, do some of that please. And it might also be cool to have an intention or a few questions/ideas to explore for the session, but no pressure if that doesn’t happen naturally.

Post-Session

After our session has ended, hang out in your own energy for a bit. Don’t rush back to the noise and busy-ness of the world right away. Let yourself “marinate” in your own presence and energy. Take a nap or a bubble bath. Move slow. Be gentle. The world will be waiting for you whenever you decide to re-engage it, so maybe don’t be in a hurry. Enjoy yourself for a little bit ;)
