From my years of experience I've found that six weeks is a sweet spot. Enough time to see some real impact. Short enough of a commitment to not feel too intimidating.

the specifics
Each season includes six weekly 90-minute sessions, with messaging available in between sessions. The first season is $1,800 USD. Additional seasons are $900 USD.
Two seasons in a row is usually enough. I prefer for folks to go live their lives and put what they've learned into practice on their own for a while before coming back for another season. In some cases, a longer term commitment may be possible.
