Andrew J. Assini, MA

Happiness is your nature. It is not wrong to desire it. What is wrong is seeking it outside when it is inside.”

Ramana Maharshi

We spend most of our lives focused externally.

But what we’re really looking for isn’t out there.

Andrew J. Assini, MA is my official paperwork name, but most folks just call me Drew.

I’ve been on my own personal journey of recovery, healing, and self-discovery for over twenty years now, and I’ve spent sixteen of those years supporting and guiding others. After a decade working in clinical roles in the mental health and addiction treatment world, I let go of my counseling licensure so that I could work and learn with folks in a way that felt more aligned and intuitive.

I specialize in helping folks learn about themselves.

There’s plenty of folks who can help you learn a certain theory or approach. There’s plenty of other folks that can help you become a qualified or licensed something or other. I’m not them folks. There won’t be any fancy certifications or shiny new titles awarded here. This won’t be an ego trip. My specialty is real, honest self-discovery.

I help you see your blind spots, understand your patterns, and recognize where you get stuck. I help you get back in touch with yourself and get a feel for your own rhythms. I help you tune into your own natural wisdom and living accordingly.

I work with folks 1:1 in seasonal containers, utilizing a flexible and tested framework.

Most of the silly stuff that we do can be traced back to a combonation of a lack of awareness or an abundance of judgment

Most of our struggles are caused by a sneaky blend of ignorance and judgment.

A sneaky blend of ignorance and judgment lie at the core of most of our struggles.

The antidote is awareness and compassion.

We’re not broken. We don’t need to be fixed. We don’t need to be saved.

We just need to get our learn on.

Most struggles boil down to one core thing.
